Seventh and final generation (1977-1979) Ford Ranchero

Seventh and final generation (1977-1979) Ford Ranchero spotted in Chicago.
Ford’s Ranchero, first graced U.S. roads in 1957, while its El Camino competitor from Chevrolet followed in 1959. Engine choices for the seventh and final generation were a 302, 351, and 400 cu in (4.9, 5.8, and 6.6 liter) V8. While the “coupe utility” body style was only moderately successful in the U.S., it became quite popular in Australia.
