The brand Wanderer - now under the roof of the Auto Union - presented at the Berlin Motor Show in February 1933 a new model range which had a rear swing axle and a six cylinder ohv engine with a displacement of 1,7 liters or 2 liters, designed by Ferdinand Porsche. These cars were designated as W21 or W22, respectively, and both models were available with several kinds of coachwork versions.
